Trying to find time to work on the 56Shards novel as well as do more art. And get a new job. I need more pay. It will mean less creative time but I may finally get benefits and all that adult stuff again. RL hampering creative time yet again. Oh well. More art shall still appear and eventually I may participate in Inktober. We shall see!

Fill in the blank! Aside from being absent-minded and not posting in DA for a while, I have been sick for about 10 days now and, after finally watching Puppet Master "9" and "10", got inspired to finish six pieces of art started in 2005. I present... Experiments (Lilo & Stitch) as Puppets (Puppet Master series)! Hey, sometimes crazy works!

Sept 28-30th, I'm headed to SnafuCon amidst chaotic real life. I have a job now and I hope to work at the haunted house again all month in October plus I must prep for the con and find alternate babysitting arrangements in the near future for my two kiddos. Where the heck do I find any time to draw and write??! Well... I don't sleep. Anyway, I designed buttons to sell at the upcoming con and hope to see you there digging in my fishbowl of awesome little buttons, assuming I can get them from the producer in time Designs are sent off. Just gotta wait for them to come in! I'll post all 19 designs in batches of 2 or 3 so you can see what they're like.

So long, 2011. The only good thing to come from you was my son born 11.11.11. Yes, the infamous Dovahkiin. Yes, we named him that Yes, Blizzard did give my husband free games for life for doing it but, honestly, wouldn't YOU name your kid something totally awesome if you could? That, and his sister already had an awesome name. Couldn't leave the little guy out.

So that was last year. This year? I vow to update DA more than once a year. Holy carp I can't believe it took me that long. Shows how bad last year was. But no more of it! Got stuff to put up and show the world. Got a book I want published. Got stuff to do and no dwelling far in the past. Onward, and Tally-ho!

Well... Lots of changes in my life have hit me this past month of March. Most not good. My art, however, still flows, except from one venue. My Art Gala on ketnar.org has been disabled. I dunno if I am gonna put it back online through my Dreamhost account or not but I will be filling DA here with many many pics of past and present which I found worthy. So, in the next month or so, enjoy the opening of the floodgates as my Art Gala lets loose on DeviantArt!
